I put 10 % of my take home in savings today. Hopefully I’ll keep it up, then complete the transfer to a high yield account to complete the other financial goal.

Learning Personal Finance

My family and public school upbringing never equipped me with an education regarding personal finance. I will use every opportunity to educate myself concerning personal finance and use this education to provide for my family and to educate the next generation. I will read and utilize this information to become a better steward with my finances and to insure it is used in a responsible and socially conscious manner.
