I’m taking a SAT math review course now and it is helping a lot, but I think if you really want to improve you have to study outside of class as well. In the horrible two hours after school we mostly learn strategies, and she always reminds us not to over think anything unless it’s a hard question towards the end because “these people are idiots.” Ha-ha. I love her thinking. It calms me down to remember that the questions aren’t too hard and extra, extra smart people didn’t write them out.

Pilates

I absolutely love Pilates. It’s more energetic than yoga, and I feel so stretched afterward. I love how challenging it is (especially the first few weeks!) and how addictive it is. I love the way I feel afterwards. It puts me in the mood to go for a run or lift weights.
I’m so glad I decided to by the set of Ana Caban tapes at Border’s that one day. It’s such a fun, relaxing exercise.
Seriously, time flies when I’m doing Pilates. It goes by so fast, I find myself checking the back of the box to see how long each tape is. I’m seriously thinking about timing it next time. Haha! Anyways, I really love Pilates.
