For me, the first step is remembering to wear my pedometer. I think I wear it about 50% of the time. But I’m been doing pretty well with getting the steps done- when I’m wearing the pedometer. I need to write it down too- keep track.

I learned the violin for 13 years. I was darn good at it.
But in the end, you can’t sing along to a violin, or take it to parties, or be in a band. It doesn’t even sound very good by itself. You an only play a melody line.
You can join an orchestra or be in a string quartet, but that’s about it.
Choose another instrument, that’s my advice.

Best book on getting organised- ‘Organising from the inside out’.
I followed a few tips from there, and now my house is clean- I’m so happy. Don’t buy it- order it from the library.
