I think i’m over weight ( actually i know i do) and i wanna lose weight but i’m kinda lazy…all i do is sit at my desk and do my work… I love junk food…pizzas, burgers, aerated drinks, chips, french fries are a part of my daily diet… though i do feel bad about wat i eat and do realise the health hazards they pose i JUST CAN’T CONTROL MYSELF…. can some one plz plz plz help me…or rather gimme some kinda advice or a diet plan i can follow to lose weight without doing myself any harm. Thanks a lot in advance
