Lately I’ve been very conscious about this… :)
I didn’t realise how bad my posture was until i started straightening my back making sure I had a good posture…
I feel more confident when I sit up straight and stand straight.

I’m writting this off… By turning inward and investing some time in myself I noticed that all my problem was is I was letting my anxiaty and fear control me and then that started a vicious cycle.

I’m going to work on that from now on.
