I’ve been pretty good at eating healthy foods a majority of the time and am being conscious of choosing food the local organic farmers provide the store to support local farmers (especially those using organic means) as well as eating fresher food since it comes from within the same state, sometimes one state over. I’ll admit that I do go junky on occasion, but want to stick to this healthier method. I feel better. My body can tell the difference between the fresh and the processed and fresh is definitely the far better way to go.

How I did it: (To be clear, it didn't take me one day, but there's no option to say it only takes this moment!!!) This is an on-going practice as a major part of the Journey and meditation most definitely helps! Allowing oneself to be present is a constant doing, yet at the same time, it's also simply just being. I’d like to be more consistent in starting out my mornings in meditation. I do this in phases then stop awhile (as in sleep in a bit before having to get up or else I’ll be late) and then meditate later in the day. Would be best to meditate first thing each morning. It makes for a wonderful beginning each time I actually do this.
I’m presently cleaning out unneeded, non-used things in the house. The paper clutter is currently difficult to keep tabs upon. I’d like to be more on top of this to where paper piles are zero!
