How to be a vegan for a week

How I did it: THIS IS DIFFICULT. really, don't take it lightly, or underestimate just how hard your body will find it.that said, it's one of the most worthwhile things i have ever done. i was sponsored by friends and family to do it, so i felt twice as driven to complete my week, as not only was i reducing my carbon footprint and helping protect animals, but i was raising money for charity as well. hurrah! How I did it: umm i took classes :)i thaught it'd be a lot easier than it was, but now i feel great because i actually got there =Di found it really great to have some time set aside every week where no-one knows you, and you are forced to think about something other than what's going on in everyday life. it's really theraputic!! nevertheless, i am now waiting to get my video camera seen to, as i have decided that i want to make a ‘how to’ video for youtube, so that i might encourage others to do the same. yay!
