We are currently looking at land outside of town, as we are planning to make this a self-sufficient home, unconnected to city services, using solar and wind power.

We just had a great wedding with our friends. Got a chance to take some great pictures, and I’ve just returned with my new bride from our reception, and we are both very happy (but a little tired!!!)

have a 28 hour day
Travelling back from India... 2 years ago

When I left India, on a Monday morning at 1h45 in the morning, I travelled 9.5 hours to Frankfurt in Germany, waited 3 hours in Frankfurt, then boarded another plane and travelled 8.5 hours to Toronto in Canada, waited for 4 hours then boarded a final plane, headed to Ottawa, Canada. When we got to Ottawa, the local time was 17h00, Monday.

When I finally got home, I only got to bed at about 23h00, so that made for a 32 hour day!!!

A grand total of 19 hours of flying and 7 hours of flying!!!
