so far so good
I was going to start over the weekend but got caught up in other stuff.
I think I;m going pretty strong so far Im just not hungry at all the smell of food makes me feel sick at the moment
I have been drinking a lot of green tea and water.
i feel really good about this

-drink more water
-get 8 hours sleep a night (and if i can’t make sure i catch up on it the next night… go to bed earlier)
-Wake up before 6:30
-exercise daily
-go to dance at at least twice a week (thurs and sat)
-yoga at least once a week
-Pilates at least 3 times a week
-Gym at least 3 times a week
-cut dairy and wheat products out of my diet
-Take my vitamins every morning
-Stretch
-moisturise morning and night
-wash face morning and night
-FLOSS
-be more organised to help reduce stress
-meditate for at least 5 minutes a day
it will take a while to encorporate all these things into my life/ remember to do them but i think they will really help me take better care of myself

October 11th

I have entered into a 10km race on the 11th of October. At the moment I run about 5km and it took me about 2 months to get to that stage so i think by the time the race comes i will be able to complete it. This is my fitness goal for the moment. And I will achieve it :)
