I’m going to try this. I tried a few weeks ago and lost 6 pounds. I gave up after about a week. This time, I am determined. I am going to look amazing this summer in my bikini. Being an athlete I’m not trying to lose a certain number of pounds because I want to actually gain pounds in muscle. I’m judging this on how I look in my bikini and inches lost. After doing this for a few weeks before I already started to see a difference, so if I stick to this I know I can do it.
