It made me
SEXY!! 
How I did it: I knew I was getting married in a year and Had just put my wedding dress order in...so I called them back and had them order it a size smaller...then I joined a weight loss challenge at work and took up running...I also started eating 6 meals a day..and now almost a year later my jeans still fit .......I weigh myself almost every day got to the gym 5 days a week and Keep in mind what I eat...couldnt be happier :) Read how I did it…
