I’m gonna make a quilt from all my High School Activities T-shirts. Thinking not plain squares – somehow keeping the t-shirt look to them. I also want to put my letters on there somehow too but I’m not sure how to incorporate them. I’ll post pictures!

How I did it: I pretty much just had to save up my money and figure out which one I wanted. I got a 76 key Casio WK-200 at Best Buy for $200. It's a great value for the product! It's not the most advanced MIDI keyboard out there, but it's perfect for me. I wanted a MIDI keyboard to hook up to Mixcraft 4 for some home composing. I did have a little bit of trouble though - I had to uninstall the software for my Logitech webcam in order for it t… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I just finally did it. I got modivated one day and just sat down and got rid of stuff. I'm so much better organized now, and my room is so clean-smelling. It was easy to throw away junk or trash. The hardest part for me was throwing away things I still liked and could use, but I never used them, like a miniskirt that was SO cute but I never wore. How I did it: I started plicking ang plockins around the keys of the piano in my house when I was about 4. My mom taught me a little, and I learned how to sight read and play some simple songs. I started taking formal lessons in 5th or 6th grade, I can't remember. The lessons were half an hour long once a week. It's been a little more than 6 years since I have started taking lessons, and I can play many pieces with ease. I apparently have a "music… Read how I did it…

Try-outs for MC are Thursday after school, so I will find out Thursday night or Friday morning if I got it. I have to write and present a speech in front of the activities director (who likes me a lot), the student body president (who is one of my best friends), and the student body vice president (who doesn’t know me very well but thinks i’m a nice person). I am very confidant about getting this. I have much more experience with this type of thing than everyone else who’s trying out. I’m excited!!!
