It took several months of adjusting, but once you do it it is so easy. My credit cards are going down, my savings going up, it is awesome
Ive been going to the gym, working out, doing more outdoors stuff etc, not as bad as i thought.
For the last 3 – 4 months I have been going to the gym 2-3 times a week and I feel great for it. I haven’t lost much weight but I’ve started turning the fat into muscle so I am starting to look a lot better and feel even better than that!
