The ocean is such an amazing place. One could truly get lost in its vastness (literally) it is amazing to think that such beautiful water covers most of the earth. I wish I lived by it and all the amazing creatures in it. It is also overwhelming to think how large it is and once again of all the creatures in it that could harm you. YIKES!!!! Sorry to bring that up for anyone wanting to enjoy the ocean (I am simply covering all of the possibilities) I even snorkeled in it with fish in the Bahamas. In Key West I drove over miles and miles of it. In Miami I was in aawwww. It is such an amazing thing to see, it smells great. to mean it also makes me feel like I am in some of the most beautiful places in the world. I wish I lived nearby….....

How I did it: My fiance and I live in Ohio. We have never been on vacation together. So for his birthday I planned a vacation to Miami and the Bahamas. Damn cigarettes suck. I never thought i could possibly be this addicted to something. If I was consistent, maybe it wouldn’t seem so hard. I have only purchased cigarettes 3 times since November. That doesn’t mean that is all i have smoked!!! I am sure my friends and family are like what the hell go buy your own cigarettes. However, I continue to insist that I am a non smoker. It is just taking me forever to get to the Non-smoking part!!!! I just really want to be done with smoking. It is gross, not to mention on Valentines Day I was smoking and dropped an ash on me and burnt a whole in a brand new shirt. How is that for irony. Hopefully some day soon, I will be proud to say i am a non-smoker.
I have been doing very well with losing weight, despite the fact that I had to sign up to work out in a worse than boot camp environment to motivate me. Either way I work out and I feel great. I have lost 16 pounds so far and even though some of my favorite foods are hard to pass up, I remember the ultimate goal and how good I feel afterwards. I started out wanting to lose 33 pounds, so i guess I am not that far off. I wanted to lose weight so badly that even though the class is very physical and weighs on you mentally you soon get over it and just keep pushing through.
