this did not go very well. maybe i’ll try again tomorrow. im watching kids all day so im worried about feeling completly drained and as mentioned, i love food. i felt great and happy, even enjoyed tea before bed but that salt water thing was AWFUL! and i wanted to eat something just to get that taste out of my mouth, water wouldnt do it. i guess i should rinse and spit.does anyone have thoughts about just doing senna teas and the very random SWF? im not sure what i think abt this. hmm.
im nervous. i love food. so im going to set my intentions here. i hm somewhat of an emotional eater. my intention with the 10 day master cleanse is to examine my relationship with food and the place it has in my life, why and when i feel i need it and what type of balance i can create for myself between the pleasure of food and the nutritional value it offers. i really hpe i dont have a terrible reaction to the SWF or tea like some people have mentioned. i can deal with starvation but starvation and diarrea come on!
