not think in absolutes

No kind of absolutist thinking is helpful or leads to a good place but particularly in times of stress or low mood, when we think things like:
“Everything is going wrong!”
“I’ll never get out of debt!”
“Things will never change.”
It seems real at the time, but its just a way of thinking and an inaccurate one at that.
From now on, I’m going to stop thinking in absolutes.
