Moving on the other side of the river. It’s going to be great.
Well… a bag of psychedelics, a pair of Aviators, a cigarette holder, a metal briefcase and a plaid shirt is all I need. Too bad Hunter is gone. sigh
Lately I’ve come to realize that writing correspondence is largely cathartic. It allows me to sort surrealism from reality and misery from joy.
Reducing the amounts of liquids that you put into your body (especially alcohol and carbonated stuff) and increasing the amount of water you drink has a drastic effect on your health that is very evident after the first week or so.
Insomnia is a terrible problem that is more often than not psychosomatic. Why anybody would actually want to engage in such self-destructive behavior is beyond me. Advanced sleep deprivation takes a terrible toll on one’s body. Although I must admit- as a writer, it can be used as a strange tool for deliberation.
I’ve been practicing so much and I’ve finally got the ENTIRE guitar part down for “Since I’ve been Loving You” by Led Zeppelin. Totally worth it! Music is an outlet that allows emotion and ideas to flow.
French is one of the most beautiful and culturally important languages of modern history. Being fluent opens up many doors and opportunities elsewhere in the world!
Scuba diving is a surreal experience that combines sensory deprivation, awe and natural beauty.
Unfortunately, most of you don’t live in prime Scuba locals, so check out your local quarries and ask if they have any sunken boats, cars or planes for wreck dives.
I have a mark from birth.
I now have a mark within life.
I assume, a mark will be made in death.
It is your choice as to whether or not you blindly believe propaganda, or you justify your belief. Although, if you don’t choose the latter- I think most of us will be pretty ashamed. Especially in this goal.
Don’t buy into the anti-Marijuana studies. It seems that there are more pressing issues anyhow, rather than bothering harmless, peaceful hippies.
How about putting the money that fuels the war against Marijuana and the prosecution of these so-called “criminals”, into education, health-care and humanitarian aid?
