Gordon Ramsey’s one, yummie and easy!
I am actually doing this. I’d recommend the methods from the book Do it Tomorrow… from Mark Forster.
I have a little planner with one day on one page. At the end of each day I want to make a list of things to do tomorrow. Under this list I draw a red line, indicating that this is my list for today, no need adding more stuff. When I finish a task on my list I cross it off.
This whole system is not a second nature to me (yet), but I am trying to stick with it. I am also trying to write down all kinds of stuff. I jott down ideas and and thoughts about things to do and when I actually make my list, I take a look at those.
I try to make a list that is representative for one day of work and therefore I aim to complete the list every day.
So far, pretty good, I’ll keep you posted.
BTW Posting my lists here is kina fun and I like peeking at others’ lists, but maybe liking it too much…That’s why I won’t post my list here anymore, as every time I do that, instead of doing items from my list I spend too much time on 43things
But I am keeping this goal up for now
I know what I need to do and what I could/should do. You might find some ideas here…
...do I think I need to do everything all by myself?
And above all; why do I think I CAN do everything by myself?
I often just freeze up on the thought of going to somebody asking for help.
Mmm, apparently I did not save my last entry.
OK, try again with today’s plan:
I bought trousers from Vanillia which were 50% off. Yeah. And some more stuff which were on sale.
Yeah me. Now I need to wait for more money to do this again :)
The weekends are always so unstructured for me. At least some time to relax and do some good stuff. Friday night drinks, Saturday night a birtday party, went shopping and I did my running. Now, it is Sunday night and I’m making my list for tomorrow.
It was the worst day in weeks, procrastinating :(
Yeah, I went running today. The training schedule I use is made of 10 weeks and each week contains three lessons. The lessons are
Today was lesson No 16, which was a 35 min walk. In 33 minutes, I was home again and didn’t want to run another block, but hey I was home early because my tempo was good!
5.1 km, average of 9.25km/h
I think it’s not so fast unfortunately, but I guess I’m not made for running. Concentrating on endurance, hoping that speed will follow.
So I completed podcasts 15 of 30 yesterday. I had good luck with the weather. Later that evening and nigh it was raining (and snowing), but during my run it was sunny. Strong wind though.
So tomorrow No 16?
There wasn’t much time left for work or planning :(. I fiddled around on Sunday…
I saw em in Vegas and it is really entertainment!
Constantly wondering How do they do that???
I got my license and now I want to achieve some more. I want to go cross coutry!
Simulations are going slow and I’ve fail to stay focused. Last chance today, but I hope I’ll get somewhere…
So I just need to put on my running gear and go today. No excuses anymore.
I really want to as well!

*have drinks with friends
Often I notice that people talk and gossip and I am sure I have done my part (I hope a tiny little part) at times. Above all, I notice that I find it difficult to say something about it when I disapprove, sort of going along with the group opinion; that’s the save way. So instead of the passive way of not saying anything (which is of course better than actively participate), I’ll try to speak up.
off topic
Also funny, about other people talking: I have noticed that I have a real good memory about what people say, better than those people themselves it seems. I have heard the same (almost literal) conversations between the same people more than once. Also, I have heard people tell completely different stories to other peoples. I have learned not to say much ‘bout this, because than I am the one that `is ruining’ the story or conversation, but hey.
