I started the online WW for men again. I’m feeling pretty good. I actually stayed on my points today and wasn’t starving.

I started the online WW for men again. I’m feeling pretty good. I actually stayed on my points today and wasn’t starving.
I started the couch to 5k running plan this week. Finished workout 2 today. Actually felt pretty good even after the grueling soccer practice the day before.
I’m on the soccer team at my work. Practices are killing me. I am so out of shape!!!! This will work though. I just need to be there and be faithul to it. I know I will see improvement soon.
I can get a little solice in that I’m a year older than the coach at least.
