i am 16 and i’m almost 160 pounds and i’m only 5’4”
i have two months to lose my goal of 30 pounds and i need some excercise and diet plan that i can stick to.
i play softball but it isn’t much excercise and i need something to do that i can still fit in my schedule.
i’m trying and i’m officially on a diet as of yesterday.
i’ve lost 17 pounds on a diet before but this is much more difficult than that and i’m limited in time.
any advice?

i want to start off
once a week
-doing crunches
-skipping rope
-practicing soccer in gym.
-condition for SOFTBALL.
walking->jogging—>running
-stair master
-boxing
twice a week
-lift some weights to gain muscle back in legs and some in arms
-gain strength

my dads a cop, thus the ironic username, but i really do love that song.
shooting guns at shooting ranges are fun, and they help concentration and hate to say it but can focus anger and agression into something productive, i guess.
i hope to become good at this, i’m only 16 so i have some time.
