My christmas present 9 months ago

My christmas present finally arrived. The Brain Fitness Gym. It’s a set of books, DVDs, and cd-roms about increasing your memory and use of adio and visual signals.

The company sent me the wrong set, but that worked out to my advantage b/c I didn’t know about the set they sent me which is a continuation of the one I originally ordered. I called them and they sent out the correct one, too.

What’s funny is that it took six weeks for the first one to arrive and one day for them to send out the correct set after I called them.

I am excited to read more about brain plasticity.

I saw the program on PBS during the pledge drive. It’s pretty interesting.

Well, I am still smoking, but I desire much less now. All day at work I only smoked 2 half cigs. I smoked more when I got home, but I feel encouraged that I put the cigs out almost immediately. I know that this habit will cease to exist very soon. Yay!!!

gaining more clients 10 months ago

yeah! some of my clients who’ve been mia or low on funds the last half of 2008 have reappeared and asked to schedule appts. Also, some new people have asked. They know I was healing and not scheduling for several months, but now I have some on the books.

As I do not yet know if or when we are selling our salon, I prefer to continue practicing there rather than finding a new place or traveling with my table.
