How I did it: i've seen 2 doctors and been on 4 different meds and have yet to see any real results. my first doc told me i basically had to learn to live with side effects like being aggressive towards others and constantly feeling exhausted. i saw minimal positive results and one med even gave me a head-to-toe body rash. how is any of this any better than living with the depression itself? all in all, it's been completely discouraging. i’ve gone shooting with the hubby twice now and i’ve shot a little .22 ruger both times. i’m intimidated by the spark and louder bang of the .45 but i’m sure if i could drum up the courage, i’d love it…
