for a couple mos I was meditating every night before bed. I was able to go off sleeping pills and became calmer, but then lots of sad memories would enter my thoughts when I got quiet, so I stopped meditating because the sad thoughts were too much and I started taking the sleeping pills again.
But last night I meditated with a guided cd and it was good, I slept well too. I want to train my brain to reach the theta state when I am almost able to leave my body. I was able to do this sometimes before the memories became overwhelming.

I want to strengthen my illustration skills.
Last night I worked on developing the characters, it will be challenging to keep them looking the same throughout all pages.
This goal is going to take me months I think.

started running in Feb, have lost 6 lbs and can run 3mi w/o stopping.
I want to lose 10 lbs, weigh 120, by my 30th bday in June.
