Still working on this. Getting better since i have given up pop except for my friday night Shirley temple at bowling, love the maraschino cherries, lol.

It’s getting colder out and i find i just stay in way too much. We do bowl every Friday night , so i guess i do get out and socialize at least once a week.

i have been drinking alot more water, probably not enough but a definite step in the right direction
