After two and a half months I haven’t had fast food once and I don’t miss it. I don’t crave fast food at all anymore. My girlfriend and I make food a lot of the time. We still eat out once and awhile but at a restaurant.
I make a menu of all my meals every Saturday for the upcoming week and stick to it. I found out homemade carne asada is delicious. I learn and make one new thing every week.
This is definitely worth doing. I feel so much better about myself now. Everyone should quit eating worthless fast food.
