Went to Spain 17 months ago

Madrid, Granada, Girona, and Barcelona–all in one week! Once of the best times I’ve ever had! There is an interesting way of life there… Europe is always a good idea!

I did great yesterday. I ran 2.25 miles and lifted weights. I’ve been going 3 days a week and I like it a lot.
