How I did it: I was cynical and depressed, so I hung out with people who were cynical and depressed, because I thought they were the only ones who understood, but that wasn't true. They only made it worse. I left all the cynics behind and started to seek out people who loved themselves, and I'm learning to do the same. Read how I did it…
