Well the rest of it hasn’t worked out. However after all this time, I’m still interested in it.
I now have a DSLR that I got for my 30th bday. Now, I’m going to school for photography. I’m hoping to continue getting experience… maybe even one day to open a studio.
I have fun a few websites in “my day” (lol). Now, I want to start one about my (and my family’s) sailing/boating experience. You see, we are live aboard/cruising sailors. Within the next 5 years we are going to sail around the world. Also, we just bought a new much larger boat that we are going to totally have to recondition/rebuild/restore… It’s a 66 foot sailing hull with no rig, and the entire interior is covered in vinyl…
Anyway, I want to start a website to give all interested parties a place to find out how our adventure is going. Several people have asked for a way to know what’s going on so that they can “live vicariously” our life and dream.
My husband worked on a schooner for a year and a half, he loved it. Now we are buying a boat and going to make it a schooner. It has no rig right now, but once it does, I’m going to finally get to sail a schooner…
