It’s been 2 years since I decided to stop & my hands look 100 % better than they used to. I am very glad to have finally done this. Now I just hafta quit picking at the skin around the nails!!

I am praying for whatever it takes to be kinder to my children, even when they are at their worst driving me insane. I do not need to be the same parent that I had, I do not need to name-call and belittle them in order to get my point across. I do not need to scream, yell or otherwise lose control of myself to be the boss. I can acheive success without making them feel inferior, stupid and/or unloved. Ok, so I know all this stuff, feel guilty as you-know-what, now all I need is divine intervention to actually reach my goal. HELP!
