Since the old one broke, and I saw one randomly at the grocery store … It runs on AAA batteries, but it was under $20. Works for me. And it does work. And I can even use my portable CD player with it, and my old Walkman, if I can find it. ;D Even better than the transmitter that was designed for my iPod, it seems…

How I did it: Realized that the ice cream recipe I like to use calls for half heavy cream and half milk, which is HALF AND HALF. Bought a big carton of half and half. Poured two packets of green tea powder into the half and half carton, and screwed the top back on. Shook carton to mix in powder. Poured the resulting liquid into a mixing bowl and added some random amount of Demerara sugar. Stirred while reading Sherlock Holmes. Took freezy tub… Read how I did it…
Is there an “I failed” option that I can change this entry to? :P Because my job has now turned extremely soul-sucking … which I knew it might, and I failed to keep my word to myself to leave as soon as it started to get that way. Grr. But I will leave someday … I will.
