How I did it: I'm 22, and I've never run before, much less do anything physical. In September 2008, I started an Intro to Jogging class at my university that got us from couch potato to being able to run 3 miles at a time. After it ended, I wanted to do more! How I did it: I signed up for a yoga class. It met twice a week for an hour. I was super-skeptical of yoga at first because the people that are really into it seem to be a little nutty (and to some extent, they are---in a good way!), but it was definitely a lot of fun.
