I have lost 15 pounds so far of my post-baby weight, and have about 18 to go. I am not on any specific program, but am tracking calories through the Lose It! app on my iPhone. This is way cheaper than any other option. Counting calories made me realize how much more I was eating than I needed! A lot of it is just portion control, and cutting back on the snacks that I knew I did not need anyway. I am drinking a lot of tea – a combination of Oolong, green, black and herbal from David’s Tea. The tea helps since it is a flavourful treat with not many calories. Anyway, people are starting to notice the change, and for the first time in years people think I am younger than I am. Keeping motivated!

Well, I started doing this, but ran in to some challenges with my developer. Now to start anew… a bump in the road but it will not stop me!
