I got a gym membership at a really nice gym, and am doing spinning and yoga classes – it’s great :).

Okay – I am in the course now – the first night was great and there were a lot of interesting people :).
I gave up caffeine already, but it seems like I can’t even have 1 green tea a week without having a reaction. I guess some people are just super-sensitive… I am not having one ounce of any caffeinated tea or coffee for the year of 2008.
I finally built my company website. It took some time, and is not perfect, but it is a great start: www.convertinc.com.
Ate at McDonalds yesterday and STILL feel disgusting. I am drinking water like crazy and was much more tired on the bike today. A hamburger once in a while is okay – but McD’s is just too many chemicals.
I stopped drinking caffeine then replaced it with sugar – but now the sugar is reduced again and the caffeine is reduced – much less toxic!
There has been too much going on this year – but I will be able to make it for next season…
I went to the top of the clouds to the bottom of the ocean in North and South America – yeah! Definitely want to do it again, but have to work for a while first :).
I don’t really want to give up starbucks – I realized that caffeine was the real problem anyway :P and there are decaf options available :).

The first 4 days were hell (headaches, difficult to get out of bed, impossible to drive), but now I have been 7 days and I feel better. I still have moments of sleepiness, but moments of more energy than ever too!
Have two trips planned for July :). One to the US and one to Costa Rica. The first time that I have travelled in 6 years.
Finally – this one is complete. Going up to 5 workouts a week, vegetable juicing daily and cutting down on junk-food really helped. I guess it is all about consistency and momentum.
Yup – so I have been doing this every day for over a month, so I would say it is now just part of my routine. Results? Better skin and just a general feeling of well-being. Definitely worth the trouble :).
Ah – I have a real estate agent but I have a feeling it is going to be a longer process for me :P.
Okay – am planning to go to Asia with my sister in the Summer or Fall. To anyone who is a student, I strongly recommend travelling before the career starts, because once the career gets going it is hard to stop the momentum.
I am FINALLY getting there with this goal after too many months. I’ve started buying clothes in my old size and they fit (but still a bit tightly :P). I think I am less than a month away from hitting this one.
I’m still in my full-time job for the next while – but I have made the commitment, the plans are there and the money is coming in. It is scary – but a good scary :).
We had a great development meeting the other week, now we have to figure out a better business plan. Obviously this is at the heart of how far we can go with this thing… but I feel very happy and sometimes almost giddy at every meeting I have regarding this venture, which is a good sign.
Well, I am shopping again after deciding not to go for a brand new place right beside my apartment (too much unpredictability). I have a potential move in a few months, so I am stuck with renting… at least until summer :P. In the meantime, I am browsing for older places with low condo fees which might work.
