I like all the interesting kinds of Tibetan food that I have tried. My favorite is the “cheese” which is as hard as a rock and slightly sweet. Yak jerky is pretty awesome. Butter tea is ok. I love any kind of tsamba I came across. My favorite meal was a breakfast of tsamba and yogurt one morning in Lhasa.

How I did it: Went to a knitting club meeting. When the first lady failed, the second lady succeeded in teaching me. I'm left handed but I asked them to show me how to do it right handed. It isn't any harder for me to do it that way, its actually a lot easier. Read how I did it…
