Coincidentally, I just found out that there are Grimm Fairy Tales in one of my German textbooks. I read them. They are so freaking morbid… but delightfully so! I highly recommend reading the original Grimm Fairy Tales to everyone, even if they’re not in German.
Success! Finally! I finished it while dealing with a bout of the flu. I was home for a week and really had nothing else to do but sit and sew. It’s really satisfying to have the quilt done and to have it on my bed. Quite a feeling of triumph.
