this is most likely the hardest thing i’ve had to do. but when it was all over it was really satisfying. it’s a really difficult place to be when you’ve got three cards in collections at the same time and they call and call and call and you never answer your phone and you can’t sleep very well knowing that the only thing that can make it better is if you would just answer the phone and get it over with.

it really is that simple. all i had to do was answer the phone, well, and take out a massive loan from my parents, but that’s never going to collections. it’s over. and i’ll never have to deal with it again.

bying a house was much more fun and much less painful than i thought it would be! it’s a fantastic investment and i feel like i’m really a part of the real world now that i’m no longer throwing my money away on rent.
