gonna keep the journal online, creates more accountabilty for me.i will post me intake every night, wonder if this will help me more with the challenge.
starting today at 204.5 lbs.by next monday i would like to be at 202 lbs.i have done it once before, of course that was 10 years ago, and now i am doing it again, so i guess i didnt learn moderation the first time around , so i need to really work on this.
