From zero to hero

The title is due to my lack of runningskills. Haven’t worked out for about a year till last saturday. Then I walked about 15 miles. (15km)
I started at a workoutcenter on tuesday. I had about 6 sessions there on wednesday, thursdag, friday, saturday and sunday. I also stopped drinking soda like coca cola and stuff on wednesday. After desember i’ll start eating even more healthy as i continue working out in workoutcenters for about 5-10 times a week. Hopefully my skills will improve.
