I’ve been chronically dehydrated and I’m sure it must contribute to me never feeling my best. If I start here and increase my activity level each week, I’m sure by the end of the year I’ll be quite fit.

Last night, I went to Michaels Arts & Crafts store and bought a small sketch book, a small set of graphite pencils and tracing paper. I spent about 2 hours last night practicing on a faerie face and a toadstool. I think they turned out pretty good for my first attempt. I figure if I work at it for preferably an hour but minimum of 15 minutes each day, at the end of a year, I should be a decent beginner.
