I am not as motivated this month. I am just getting tired. I was sick. Frankly, I am not as faithful to the plan and not getting the intensity of work out as I did when I had more time and could get outside. Once I dedicate myself to a gym it will be different.

OMG 3 weeks ago

I can’t believe I am really able to see this as a realistic goal. I am dancing at about a 29.5-30 loss as I type and find it so wild that this is the next step. Writing on 43things has really helped me focus on my goal and Nutrisystem has helped me find the specific target areas I can change to reach them!
