Have my house ready for guests by Thanksgiving!
OK it's the beginning of April 4 years ago

All of this goes with the decluttering/organizing theme.

I will have house guests for Thanksgiving and I would like to have my home spotless for their visit and beyond. All rooms and all of the out of doors picked up, neat and tidy.

Independently Wealthy seems to be defined as having sufficient assets that the income generated from said assets will permit the owner to live comfortably without relying on an outside job working for someone else – or even themselves.

So a passive income generated from a stock portfolio, real estate holdings or other investments. Since it is currently presumed that one is “affluent” when one has an annual income of $125,000, then the assets must generate a minimum of $125K to cover requirements. – Any excess would have to be reinvested to generate additional revenue to mitigate increases in the definition of affluence. This would have to be the goal.

Open a lucrative business or get a job I love (read all 2 entries…)
Ok, so now it's a day later 4 years ago

Now I’m thinking of opening my own business. I am totally clueless what that business is going to be. But, I’m thinking that I’ll have more control over my destiny.

Truth of the matter: I’ll need a job to keep afloat while I devise this business.
