Back in the saddle!

I started a workout program on Jan 9th which lasted until the end of February, and worked really well: I went from 22.5% body fat to 14.9%, lost 4 kg of fat, and gained 1 kg of muscle. But March has been a complete non-event (I think I’ve been to the gym once).

Time to get going again!

First, make a plan!

Well, since it looks like we’re headed to Beijing soon (although, there may be a spanner in the works there…), and since it’s the only way to communicate with the in-laws, I’d better get serious about this. And step 1 is to create a plan of action!
