happy and healthy 
How I did it: I still drink soda. Unless I find out it's fatal to me (I suppose it might be eventually), I will still occasionally drink it.However, like more effective diets, it's less about cutting out something I LOVE and more about moderating and changing how and why I get a soda. Now usually I ask myself if I REALLY have to have a soda. Cavities and crap also really help--when you're paying for the filings on your own, you definitely look for ways… Read how I did it…

How I did it: My family never really discussed sex and gynecological health. My friends either don't talk about it, can't afford it or won't go for other reasons. I wanted to make sure everything was okay, so I finally went today. Everyone was really nice, from the receptionists to the medical assistants to the doctor herself.
