How I did it: I still drink soda. Unless I find out it's fatal to me (I suppose it might be eventually), I will still occasionally drink it.However, like more effective diets, it's less about cutting out something I LOVE and more about moderating and changing how and why I get a soda. How I did it: My family never really discussed sex and gynecological health. My friends either don't talk about it, can't afford it or won't go for other reasons. I wanted to make sure everything was okay, so I finally went today. Everyone was really nice, from the receptionists to the medical assistants to the doctor herself. I am somewhat paranoid of just trying a match up on a online dating site (as a friend of mine says). I realize probably most people are fine, but I’m paranoid of being in a bad situation because there are those weirdos out there…
and am not giving that up, since I don’t drink coffee and water is boring. But, the downside is yellow teeth and a LOOOONG time in the dentist’s chair (even though I don’t have problems otherwise).
So, I will begin with the teeth whitening again, via baking soda. I just need to remember to brush with it.
