How I did it: I had to find a program that was the right fit for me. I researched others that were similar, but not quite what I was looking for. How to drink less soda

happy and healthy

How I did it: I still drink soda. Unless I find out it's fatal to me (I suppose it might be eventually), I will still occasionally drink it.However, like more effective diets, it's less about cutting out something I LOVE and more about moderating and changing how and why I get a soda. Now usually I ask myself if I REALLY have to have a soda. Cavities and crap also really help--when you're paying for the filings on your own, you definitely look for ways… Read how I did it…

Will be doing this in the next couple of days

In a few days I’ll be attending a networking event. I’m trying not to freak out too much about it (as I’m shy), but I really need a job as well, so I really hope this turns out to be something.

However, I feel like I’ve done this naturally. I go and attend expos and fairs. Sometimes I meet people, sometimes I don’t talk to anyone. Occasionally I get some information and sometimes I realize I actually don’t care for whatever topic this meeting is about. A learning experience all around.

Have better handwriting (read all 24 entries…)
This has fallen off so badly

I did the book for like 3 days and then put it on a shelf and forgot. It’s time to pick it up again. Part of the reason why it seems to have fallen off for me is that I can pretty much go days without needing to handwrite something. Not totally sure that’s good or bad.
