How I did it: I still drink soda. Unless I find out it's fatal to me (I suppose it might be eventually), I will still occasionally drink it.However, like more effective diets, it's less about cutting out something I LOVE and more about moderating and changing how and why I get a soda. How I did it: My family never really discussed sex and gynecological health. My friends either don't talk about it, can't afford it or won't go for other reasons.
