Since I typically do cardio and lift weights, I should expect to lose fat and gain muscle, making it unlikely that I will shed 5 lbs over the next month or so. But that’s okay, because I will be so strong and manly!

Brushes is the best!

Brushes is an iPhone app for painting and the best I have seen in the App Store. I have currently completed one self-portrait with this app, which you can see in my photo gallery, and have been working on a second for a few days. The first took less than a day to complete, but I have less interest now that I have learned how to use the app’s very intuitive set of tools.
