I’ve been doing really well on this. Until this week. A massive craving hit me yesterday and, well, yeah, it didn’t go well.
I’ve rediscovered what motivated me to do this in the first place though- my stomach does not seem to like meat much.
Goal for this week is to set up a new veggie meal plan and go from there.

This is more an entry for my overall goals.
I’ve had a “blip” – an extended blip, if you like- through October and now winter is coming in fast, I need to motivate. Properly.
I am doing more walking than I was over the summer, but that’s purely due to walking to college and back every day. From today I’m going to take my pedometer with me everywhere to get a baseline measure of the walking I’m doing on an average week, then go from there.
I’m determined to do this.
