ok so I’ve just about finished my second book in a week! so all is going really well with this goal, and I am in fact enjoying myself so much!! Just making the time especially at night time when it’s really dark and quiet sitting with a cup of tea makes it all feel worthwhile :D

How I did it
How I did it: I made a concious effort to switch from regular black tea bags (as they are so easy, quick and convieneant) to making loose leaf green tea in a teapot several times a day! Knowing how much i love green tea and how much better it is for you was my main motivation to stop being so lazy and to take the time to make proper tea :) Read how I did it…

Even as i sit here i am drinking a massive bowl of green tea. I love it and can’t get enough of the stuff really! i consider this to be a completed goal now as i am completely in the habit of making it several times daily :D x
