How I did it: Well, in the beginning I thought it would be many of them, but eventually I found out it was pretty difficult to think of 43 of them. How I did it: As I've said a million times before, I hate when a pleasure turns into obligation. All the things on this list used to be a pleasure, but this turned them into obligation. Sometimes it helped - when you are depressed, it helps having a 'to do' list to stick to no matter what (especially if it prevents you from spending the whole day staring at a wall).
