I didn’t exercise a lot this week, went on vacation, and didn’t stick to my diet. Now I know that I need to plan exercise for every vacation I take!

Month 1: -9.4 pounds
Total: -12 pounds

Whoop! I reached 10 pounds lost and my 5% goal at Weight Watchers today. I knew I’d have lost 0.6, but the rest of it was a happy surprise – went to a graduation party and indulged in cheese puffs and cake and cookies.

I’m happy to be back on track! After my Weight Watchers meeting, I ran down to the market and got a week’s worth of fruits and veggies to celebrate.
