How I did it: I didn't really DO is, as much as it HAPPENED to me. After working, and travelling, and seeing new societies, I naturally evolved through my encounters with others, and opened up. It's not something I can control, it's a frame of mind naturally acquired through life experiences. I would write a great book, great music and lyrics, beautiful poetry.
I would approach people with the confidence that they would like me.
in the last 2 months, I’ve felt torn, heartbroken, judged, unloved, abandoned, alienated, alone, unintelligent, ugly, unworthy, guilt-ridden. I felt I was going to die, break down forever. I broke down several times, cried more than I can remember, I even tried tarot which all seemed to point to ugly things in my future, but I’m still here, and I’m fine.
