I been try to run or walk right after work. I go home and change clothes and walk half a mile to pick up the kids. and I walk back home.

Help!

Hi everyone, Well I’m here to see if I can get help and ideas on how to lose weight. I’m 29 years olds with 2 young ones (2 &4) I weight 155lbs and in the past few months I have lost weight but have hit the 155 and not moved from there since. I try to eat well I walk for an hour with the kids and I don’t eat junk food or drink soda or beer. So I really don’t see why I’m at the same weight. My goal is to be at least 130lbs by the end of the summer! So please do share any ideas you may have!
